My Name is Quigley – I am a Dog

Hi! My name is Quigley, and I am a dog. Actually I am a border collie. My family is me and JB and Carol. I am 13 and I take glucosamine every day. I invite you to look at my video and tell me what you think. My dad, JB, took this picture and the video.

Every now and then, I step in a hole, and that makes my leg hurt. But in general my legs and my hips feel really good, and I run like heck. I can catch a Frisbee better than any other doofus dog that I know. And basically, I don’t care anyway, because I am Quigley, champion dog.

JB and Carol have tried out lots of glucosamine stuff. I hear they had a dog once upon a time (not a border collie!) named Louie, and then there was this girl dog, named Rosie, and they were Corgis. But we’ll get to that later.

Anyway, back to the glucosamine. I hear that it is really good for my joints and hips and stuff. I have no idea, except that I can run like heck.

Back in the beginning, as I hear tell, because i only know really what’s going on right now, and I don’t care what happened before, whatever that is… there were some people who were tired of me or had other things to do, and they gave me to the “Humane Society”, apparently some nice people who have rooms for rent. So I went over there for a while.

Then the NCBCRA – Northern California Border Collie Rescue Association – heard tell of me, and I went to Jerry’s house for a while. But that didn’t work out, because JB and Carol came over, I don’t really get that, and asked me to come over to their house. Ok, what the heck!

These guys, I tell you, are always going for walks, maybe to the beach. Then one day they pulled out this Frisbee. Hey, I know what that is! That other guy a long time ago showed me what you do with it! Forget fooling around with sheep, I can bring this thing back forever! Do you know what “forever” is?

So anyway, here is a neat video with me catching the frisbee and bringing back to dad, JB.
